Hopper App Reviews: Brand & Product
User generated content is a powerful tool that companies can leverage to obtain rich data about their customers. The insight found in user reviews, specifically, helps companies refine user experiences and develop their brand’s strengths based on what is actually resonating with consumers.
For this exercise, I looked at a dataset of about 500 Hopper reviews from the Apple and Google app stores. The goal was to understand and quantify the information contained within the user generated content.
I have a background in utilizing sentiment analysis to understand brand and market opportunities. Using Jupyter notebooks in Python, I constructed my analysis of the language used in app reviews.
